IMO (In My Opinion): If someone constantly sends emails to IR@pearlasia.com, you can trace its IP address and take a legal action. However, it will not be easy to take legal actions for posting in this board because this is a very informal one.
IMO: this board is a kind of "a trash bin" to dump people's feeling to release their stress if they are loosing as well as disappointed by their stock performances. In addition, it is sources of gossips that have very weak or no foundation. IMO. Therefore, as a PR of a respected company, please cool down, stop posting here and just reply "nice emails" addressed to PAIM IR. Compile vulgar, libel and nuisance emails addressed to PAIM IR and think if you can take legal action against those emails
Again those are what I think and I do not know much about law on this kind of issue. You should make your decision based on what is the best for you, Aussie.
