Miles: I was under the impression that CTIX might partner with a big pharma on B to get set up financially to finish K and P on their own. I never thought they would take a buyout for all three, just B since they indicated that they had signed previous confidentiality agreements with one or two of the big boys interested in B. Sierra world equity has to be lucky once in a great while!
