Exactly. I still have free shares of a spinoff from a company from years ago in one account and they never became more than a number and are worthless. So is the parent company. So having a pre-spinoff shares doesn't mean anything. It is the ultimate carrot on a stick, magician's illusion. If everyone is so busy talking about the new spinoff then no one is talking about all of the other things that are missing. "We are going to give you x shares that have no value so you will continue to hold the FWDG shares". Show us an S-1 and some real corporate action and then maybe it would be something to jump about.

I don't think a spinoff will decrease the share price. The shares are pretty much locked up unless the main shareholders sell off.
