Exactly. Leo is a maverick when it comes to CEOs. I'm sure he didn't get to where he is as CEO by playing safety-first. He's not going to change his style now. It must be frustrating for him, knowing what he does, to hear that something needs to be done on this front. Was the PR risky before results are known? Most would say yes, but I doubt that Leo thinks that way. Like it or not, he is the face of the company.
