correct ,thats what i understood from the cc. they are going to be paying off the toxic debt ,thats holding down the shares ....i add some more today ...here for the long term,so don;t worry about this squabble...kazzz

Still not even close to enough money to pay it off. No worries though, the shareholders can fund the rest of the payoff via dilution.
