I think the obvious choice is AMEX. This has historically been a good place for oil companies to be listed and I think we would qualify. Hyperdynamics(HDY) a company exploring off the coast of Guinea recently moved to AMEX. They had a smaller market cap than ERHE and virtually no revenues at the time of the move. NASDAQ is a possibility as well but I think their entry requirements for admission to the national exchange may be stricter. AMEX seems like the logical place where we could stay for at least 4-5 years and see what the future brings. I don't think it is too early to be discussing this. I think we should move within the next year. It is time to get off the OTCBB and open up the stock to a whole new class of investors and institutions. I rate a move to a better exchange as one of my top priorities for the company's future growth. I certainly hope someone is working on it as we speak.
The Amex would be the next obvious step. I have invested in several companies on the amex and they all did extremely well. Outperforming many companies on the Nas and NYSE. No need to move across the pond.
