Cuzzola will probably be charged with fraud
From both FRTD, and from the PSI Medical investors(They got ripped off big time). The story I got right from Parilla months ago when I asked him on the phone was that he called Steve Derrick in Pittsburgh to find out why it was taking so long to launch the Medical Division, and that's when he found out Cuzzola had been hiding a problem from him about the contract with Nasorcap. Derrick apparently called Cuzzola the "Con Man", and told Parilla that Cuzzola had lied to him, and he and his wife wanted nothing to do with Cuzzola. Parilla said Cuzzla spent most of his time as an employee down in Mercersburg with his daughter, and Parilla had to call him on the phone rather than meet face to face to ask him about the medical contract. Cuzzola became irate when he found out Parilla uncovered the problem with the contract, and at this point Cuzzola began working with Stan Shumway in an effort to put a medical company inside of Argent Hills which is owned by Shumway. It appears Argent Hills is no more than a front/shell company. According to Parilla, Cuzzola has not met with him face to face since their last meeting. Parilla said his Attorney already has the fraud paperwork put together, and now it's just a matter of when they serve Cuzzola. I also asked about Shumway, and Parilla said he had no idea who the guy was, and had never heard of him before Cuzzola introduced them. He claims to have only met Shumway twice. He laughed that this guy even tried to sneak on the shareholder CC under an assumed name. It sounds like Cuzzola has been in one mess after another his whole life, and Parilla gave him a great opportunity to straighten out his life, and he screwed that up royally. I would suggest anyone with questions about Cuzzola should check into the reason he left Pfizer, and also the mess he created when he went to work at Seneca Valley High school. As I have said since day one, the only problem I have had with Parilla is he should have vetted some of these people better. Other than that I think he's tried hard to help make all of us money, and that's all I can ask for. Everything I've posted here is common knowledge around Erie, and was backed up by my Florida neighbor who spends 7 months of the year in Erie, and has known Parilla for almost 30 years according to him.
