Looks like Samsung's new Galaxy Note SOC is 20nm, and uses the A57/A53 cores. Availability with the Exynos 5433 (as opposed to Snapdragon 805) is in Korea only, launch in October. Samsung is determined to show that they are not far behind TSMC with 20nm. Of course, Korean Galaxy Note volumes aren't anywhere close to global iPhone volumes, so we'll have to see how many other devices end up seeing 20nm Exynos chips in the coming months.
Also, strange to point out that they barely had anything to say about this chip. It's as close to a stealth launch as you can get. I wonder how that bodes for performance.
