It sure makes you wonder how/when they get their info.... they didn't just pick up all those shares in one day or the price would have gone to da moon.... know they surely had wind of this weeks ago and no doubt have been stealing shares as the boiler boys kept the share price down for them to get a boat load. Sad but no doubt true.

Spec, now I understand what you were saying about the notice. The acquiring party does not owe notice until the acquiring is done. Hummm...
