We've had no RS under John Rochon who took over a clean CVSL in Sept. 2012. We are expecting a (no greater than) 1:10 RS in conjunction w/the coming uplist OUT OF PENNYLAND :-) to the NYSE MKT. This is NO run-of-the-mill penny RS ~ could not be further from that!
Cantor Fitzgerald, the premier financial services firm, is handling our offering. The target valuation is $20.00. Expecting major news after the uplist ~ until then we are in a federally mandated "quiet period".
