You are more than welcome to post there as long as you don't break the rules of the site.
And yes, I've always considered the boards non-specific to stocks the Moderator's boards. IF that person that runs it doesn't generally appeal to you, probably not a good idea to post there. I know I don't waste time being around people I don't like or that cause me headaches.
