1. then enforce the rules like the multiple aliases of say Viperchick who is posting under two on the EGADS. Enforce the rules. But you are tryiing change them not enforce them and that is my focus.

2. I do not know I do not do that only obvious disruptive posts both opinions with an underlying basis need to be heard.

But want to take it to an extreme and yes on non specific stock threads that is the privilege of the COB to delete posts they do not like. Your point is? I already know you want anarchy.

As far as your assesment that is your opinion.

I was just reading this discussion concerning the use of "fired" by your former employer. While I am not 100% certain of the legal implications of SI refering to you as "fired", because in most uses it refers to "Fired for Cause" not merely "laid off" I would think you would have good cause to file suit (as many have) for defamation, slander and/or Libel. As it is now having an effect on your present situation, you should have no problem finding an attorney to take the case. Unless you have already done so.
