It looks like the post that I wanted to reply to was deleted? I don't know why but here is my response:

I have enjoyed reading many of your posts in the past but I take exception to this one.
I am simply talking about what transpired last night and you decide to bring up the entire history of the Rants board.
I had not noticed that Ergo was lumped into the group that is not allowed to post on the NOLIB board and I do not read all of his (or your) posts so I do not know what you are talking about when you post about old posts of his.
My question (and Ergo’s) was simply to explain what the rule in question was about. I guess no one is interested in doing that and frankly it isn’t that important anymore to me. I have enough work related problems today that I must attend to and I do not have time to deal with nonsense.
I guess people will find out what the meaning of the rule is when and if they break it and then everyone will know also.
One more thing……..you mentioned about me posting a post from one board to another. The reason I did that is because Soxy and I are not allowed to post on the NOLIB board and I thought it was pretty cowardly of the poster (I don’t even remember who it was) to be posting something derogatory about Soxy when he/she knew that Soxy could not respond there.

excuse me? I take exception to wanting a "knock down, drag out, political fight". Sometimes on the rant board I post about things in politics that I feel like ranting about... such as the tax cut or WMD. That doesn't mean that I'm particularly interested in a big fight. However, I am always interested in intelligent debate and discussion.

Obviously I missed the big deal going on the rants board last night and haven't caught up yet... but why can't people who have a problem with certain posters just put those people on ignore. Problem solved.
