aaaah, at last, I have been patiently waiting for the conspiracy to surface.....

sooooo, let's see....we have the dastardly CIA administering Ebola under the guise of vaccines intended to prevent other diseases.....and, it was administered to Africans because they are black and most live in a 3rd world environment......

and, this is done because cure and/or containment of the disease is uncontrollable on any practical level....so, the CIA thought it would be a great idea to administer something beyond their control.....

is that a good approximation of the story.....

not to mention the article originates from Liberia.....
