I am a bull, and I hate this bearish period, yet, by staying out of the way of the big decline and trying to catch as much of the intermediary advances (the last one, I "screwed up on royally...), you can do quite fine. Nothing is wrong being heavily in cash on decline and even missing some of the following advances.
