Why the trustee will choose the cancellation of debt ? Do they have the authority to make that decision for LEHMAN??!

It is Lehman's debt. Correct?

It is easy to understand that it is Lehman's decision to cancel. Correct??

So my question is still the same..
Why do you think LEHMAN will choose the path of Section 382?
