StockJoker, yes....I realize that. But what I am referencing here actually has to do with another claim whose circumstances surrounding their IPSO Facto subordination is the same as CT's prospectus guarantee in opposition to subsidiaries being paid. In a default....subsidiaries are actually subordinate to CTs until our default is cured. I provided a link to the judgement that was made by Judge Peck regarding that dispute. The same judgement should apply to CTs. There is absolutely no reason it shouldn't. V Hestheman
