There is at least 1 useful piece of info in that statement...

Shown below are various collections of gold recovered since mining operations commenced in Sept 2013.

So we can all stop saying that mining just started, or hasn't started yet.

Mining commenced in 1 year ago and NBRI has produced what????
7 ounces in a year?

Maybe they will double production every year... that way by the year 2022 we will have feasible gold.

Is that what is meant by "being a long"?
