'Ceasing to hinder' would be a better term than 'help', in many cases, one suspects .... hispanos pay an enormous amount of taxes in the US, you are presenting it like only anglos pay, that's not the case ..... hispanos have not yet participated in politics according to their proportion of population, but they will, they're starting to now ..... and there is no reason you should fear this

Once upon a time, some folks were 'founding' a nation, actually they were breaking away from another, long story, anyway at one point they seriously discussed making their 'official' language german, and legislating it so as mandatory .... this was to piss off the nation from which they were breaking away, funny but now they go off together invading sovereign nations and 'finding' WMDs, or not 'finding' them as the case du jour may or may not be, lol, but anyway neither of these nations speaks a great deal of german today, though it is said to be possible to get a reasonable bratwurst sandwich in either [with curry on in one, and deep-fryed in the north of the same one, they are animals i tell ya - but not german animals, at least not by sound]
