There is no other reason for the state to dictate one language, but to exclude another .... and here you make it real plain, the whole point is to wipe spanish out of schools and all business with the state, like it's dirty or something .... it's just a language for chrissakes, it won't stain your skin if you get any on ya .... i think it unwise to make it or any other the sole language in any classroom, and i say that to mejicanos resident in México who never plan to live elsewhere, and you know what, more than a few agree
Did you know you can get a driving license in BC in cantonese, punjabi, french or english .... but not spanish, not yet, i had to translate the questions on the oral for my wife [and was permitted to do so, which was something eh] .... now i'm really outta here, i swear, aargh -g-
