Or not. Just paying back divvies will let the market value it back to FV or higher. Also, paying back divies will only cost a fraction of the cost ~ 30% of FV and the market will do the rest.

If the unsecured creditors get paid, I wonder how we as the TruPS holders get our money. But this indeed is good news today :-)
