They needed to create 300 million for Nathan, which is really pretty amazing when a person thinks about it. A company can create shares just so the company can transfer the baton to a new CEO. Minor shareholders have no say in this.

I wish I could get up in the morning and double my shares in all my investments just by wishing it so.
