I confirmed Telvue has an outside counsel but do not wish to disclose the name, or the contact information so not to be obligated for the legal expenses incurred on behalf of shareholders should any shareholder ask for legal advice from the outside counsel.

IR volunteered to obtain the information I needed. I asked if it is permissible to to acquire additional shares if the shareholder has signed the non disclosure agreement.
