1. JPMC is not our guarantee trustee. The guarantee as shown in the prospectus has been adjudicated and the CT trustee was awarded an allowed 10b claim.

INCORRECT, JPM is the Property Trustee sometime referred to as Guarantee Trustee:

Lehman Brothers Holdings Capital Trust III is a statutory trust organized under Delaware law. Securities issued by the trust will be governed by Delaware law. Holdings established this trust by (1) filing a certificate of trust with the Secretary of State of Delaware on January 16, 1998, and (2) executing a declaration of trust on January 16, 1998, which was also signed by the property trustee and the Delaware trustee.

The trust's business and affairs are conducted by its trustees, which are JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly known as The Chase Manhattan Bank), as property trustee, Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association, as Delaware trustee, and three regular trustees. The regular trustees are employees of Holdings. JPMorgan Chase Bank will also act as trustee under the guarantee.

2. The CTs are only listed in exhibit C of JPM's claim to show that they were underwriters (one of many) and may have liabilities connected with the offering in regards to security laws.

INCORRECT, JPM is a codebtor of the Guarantor LBHI as per the Underwritting Agreement signed between the Trust, LBHI and JPMSI and its predecessor BSC. That's why JPM is holding over 1,8 billion in collateral to cover claim 66455.

From claim 66455:

Unknown creditors until the CTs got uplisted, now the holders are known for future distributions.

Stop the BS. The first Master Class is free of charge for now, next Class will be charged......
