Cotton, Just because the prospectus for a CTs has a guarantee of payment by LBHI mean that it has a "guarantee claim". In the Lehman Bk there are allowed claims, and also allowed "Guarantee Claims". All "guarantee claims" are senior to the allowed claims in class 10b. Class 10b has no Guarantee claims. Classes 4b, 5, 6B, 9A, and 9B do. I think Class 6B has been satisfied in full as they are Convenience Guarantee Claims.

Definition from POR;

1.62 Guarantee Claim means a Claim asserted against LBHI on the basis of a
guarantee, promise, pledge, indemnity or similar agreement by LBHI (a) to satisfy an obligation
or liability of another entity or (b) with respect to asset values, collection or net worth of another
entity.

Here again you just can't take a word you see in one document and apply it to your benefit in the POR or the disclosure statement. You can try to twist the facts as much as you want why the Cts should have a guarantee claim, but the fact is that they don't. They simply have an allowed claim.

Read the disclosure statement again and perhaps you will understand.
