Anyway, POR distribution cannot be accelerated. Let's use that as a hint.

That's because you do not believe in acceleration in Physics :-)
but you should believe in acceleration in simple English:
Accelerated:

1. To increase the speed of.
2. To cause to occur sooner than expected.
3. To cause to develop or progress more quickly: a substance used to accelerate a fire.

a. To reduce the time required for (an academic course, for example); compress into a shorter period.
b. To make it possible for (a student) to finish an academic course faster than usual.

The investments will accelerate PLAN Distribution

As LBHI will be able to distribute at least an incremental $560 million in the upcoming sixth PLAN Distribution

These reserves are there to be paid in one way or another:
a) If the claim the money was locked against become allowed, then the Money will be freed for distribution.
b) If the claim was not allowed (dropped or settled) then the money will be freed anyways for distribution.
This will not happen soon and may take years and that’s why LBHI is using the Acceleration word (not physics not business just simple English) to support their request to approve the motion as it will bring money to their creditors “Sooner than expected”
And remember, this motion is a document used for court of law. As far as I know, judges do not go to Business school, they go to Law school where they teach Law (in English) there!!! :-) just kidding with ya
