Sure I do understand. Believe me, I would prefer they had not done the IR deal. I think if they could go back they would have tried anything other than that financing. What company legally takes $10Mil dollars for a $2.3Mil loan and is still going to make approx. $3Mil more?
This company will from this time forth get better terms for reasonable prudent needed funds. I mean. They can now show they paid back $10Mil in 4 1/2 months!
This is the growing pains phase. Even if they RS in 2015....as long as there is no toxic dilution they will be on their way to uplisting.
This company is learning from the initial rm mistakes and adjusting. I look for many positives over the next 3-4 weeks.
