I agree the "Wells Notice" was "good" in that the SEC let it be known to management that they are monitoring their actions and expecting compliance. It was "bad" in these respects-->

1) The stock fell into trips all week

2) It revealed APT needs 9 months to pay a $25k fine

3) It proves management is sloppy/ incompetent at best --deceptive at worst
