Lol thats a bunch of BS as they havent told shareholders crap. I highly doubt the SEC even contacted them with so many other companies that they go after for serious stuff. They dont have the time or resources to contact them all especially when there is nothing to contact them about.

I don't believe what he told you is the truth, or there is an investigation into the truthfulness of the Novacab press releases that caused the SEC to "touch base" with Novacab.

Blaming the SEC for a company being silent is from an old scammer's playbook.

In any event, what Carty told "just you", reeks of insider information, because I haven't seen that information available publicly.
