POM, replace Sarissa with any other hedge fund, the result will be the same. Ariad will still be run by HB. The only difference is that the Sarissa leader worked for a world famous icon who is Mr. Icahn. He may be responsible for some of Icahn's success but when it is filtered through, the credit goes to ICahn. He is a brand name though. One day you'll wish you'll be kissing HB's cheeks downstairs.
