Do some research on Desert Media. Who owns it and who is the majority shareholder? What assets are held under Desert Media? Hint ... 66959 Rayo Del Sol, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240 along with the two properties next to it. What does property go for in that area? And why would anybody in their right mind make a cactus park out of those parcels.
