The hedgies - owners of the sr bonds etc - got paid original interest rate v Gov rate

Thus they (who also owned most of H) got paid that way and the small equity like investors who owned H got less as we did not get the money paid to the bonds

Again - the hedgies who were outsmarted per LG - got paid one way or the other

The small guys got screwed

I fail to see how Rosen was not in control

I wish the judge had half the control Rosen had
