With Bush going through a worldwide swing and collecting addoos for "adept" international politics? I am not sure that will be the right "trigger", of course, you may want to rely on Chirac to spit in Bush's face when they meet, but short of such an overt failure of Bush, I see only modest decline next week and the first few attempts will probably be bought heavily.
