Nuts. Just plain nuts. I'm just a couple hundred miles north of youz. Never knew anybody in foreclosure, we don't know of anybody in such bind. We do know people in financial hardship but it'll mainly be at least partially their fault. We own a small farm here, spend our entire summer on vacation with the kids. We travel to Mexico or Cuba usually but were in AC for the first time last week and thoroughly loved it. We're hoping to go back several times next summer, but will it be safe? Hopwfully.
