NMGL - SEC Terminated? LOL!

That is the best one YET!

NMGL is dead. SEC TERMINATED:

The SEC didn't initiate or mandate the termination NMGL's registration, the company filed to have their registration terminated!!!

They are now a Form 15 filer! And that is very troublesome for those short, as we have come to realize.
