Of course it isn't. But if it makes sense to me, as well as the vast majority of the userbase, it probably doesn't need to be changed.
I don't know how to further clarify outside of what is in the TOU and what I've said today. As we already discussed, it will never cover all the bases. I can't remember the name of the site it was, but it's entire TOU was something like "Just behave." That, in reality, is what a TOU is. A general guidebook, that will never encompass everything there is. We/I just have to use common sense. We are, afterall, a community, not a military camp.
I'd use the spell check/preview, but I refuse to pay for a premium membership.
