Problem is they don't have a legal department, and since Mr Lenfest is an attorney, anything coming out would be a conflict of interest, and they don't have the money to source outside legal help. Thus the reason CFO is part time, see his linked in account, and they have no legal department listed on any website, document or otherwise normal company information sheet.
