Not exactly correct.

I have known Kimberley for close to 10 years and she is in her 40's.

She has single handily weathered many storms that could have taken many companies down.

She knows what needs to be done and is tough and can stand up to anyone.

Thru the years we have had the ability to respect each others opinions even when we differ on
thoughts.

Seriously, she has kept this company alive.

I suspect that is why the new Chairman was brought in. To deal with foreign businessmen(specifically Chinese) and they do have the one employee in France that is handling the European subsidiary.

But this is her in China last month at their version of the academy awards I guess. She is at the 21 minute mark.

Maybe she doesn't fit your profile for a successful CEO and you might be right but they seem to be making a lot of progress.
