What I found interesting was why the P2 Data Could not have been used for AA and the P3 merely be a Confirmatory Trial if the 3MG dosage was not tainted?

Shan specifically stated something about this issue in regards to the CSM Lawsuit. He mentioned how the total number of patients had to be increased for the P3 trial due to the CSM issue.

If the P3 is using the 3MG Dose and this dose was not tainted, shouldn't the results be VALID and Treated in the same way; especially, since the P2 Trial was "SALVAGED".

Or does "SALVAGING" the data merely mean the same as it is related to a Vehicle with a "SALVAGED" Title. It might all look good but there could be something wrong...
