One way or the other. Each step closer. Don't know which one will be first but this one has 55,000 in the float and a billionaire who is 90% + owner. Bid , ask, or last makes no matter .
People are not selling TelVue and people who understand these markets know that.

That would be my guess too.

There was a $3.17 trade in the spring that I am sure was simply a wash trade among market makers. There were several $14 bids that got by-passed.

That is how unscrupulous company's, like TEVE, try to make it appear that there is interest in the non filer. Nice catch.
