Kudos to Romney for at least attempting to do something about the growing health care problem... Few of our elected officials have the guts or character to tackle very tough social and policy problems... If largly brain dead and apathetic Americans actually knew how bad the health care situation is in this country, it would be issue #1... The problem is not only the growing number of uninsured and escalating premiums. The greater problem might be the insolvency of the healthcare delivery infrastructure... The fiscal strain that healthcare is putting on the states is enormous... The problem with the boomers is less social security checks than the enormous Medicare costs... If Team Bush wants to push fear, Karl Rove should forget Osama and pump healthcare... The situation is very bad and it's not just a "poor" problem... It's a problem for every one of us!.. Just wait...
