Keep in mind that last time they doubled the AS from 1.5b to 3b and were only able to dump about 200m before no bid.
They'll probably TRY to max out the AS first, but if no bid comes first, they will be "forced" into the rs for the "good of the shareholders". After all, it just wouldn't be fair to the poor schmucks who lost their investment dollars to not have company in their misery....
