Excellent... I'd abandoned any hope. I'm not quite certain how you negotiate discovery. It either exists or it doesn't. Nevertheless, this is good to hear.
Person The last filing on the Klawonn suit was another status update in March 2014. While not dormant, I would not say this is an active suit.
The judge limited discovery in 2011 but bungled the order. Based on that lack of clarity, Klawonn requested additional discovery. In January 2014, the judge denied Klawonn's request for additional discovery. Klawonn appealed the ruling and that is the last of it.
