Jack,

I do not feel your initial paragraph carries merit, however, your second paragraph is of interest in that a law suit against YA currently exists.

What you (and all iHubbers) should be aware of is a lawsuit brought by an old timer on this board. His moniker is Clawman (I believe his name is Michael Klawann but I am not certain) There was some mention of him on here several days ago.

Clawman is an attorney by trade, however, he sought representation from another attorney who was better versed in these matters. He utilized a particular method to bring his case forward. While I don't recall the type of suit, he is essentially suing as NeoMedia, and NeoMedia is required to participate, yet they (Neom) are not at risk.

Keep in the forefront that Clawman brought this suit forward numerous years ago, yet all activity appeared to cease several years ago. I thought I recalled viewing an entry approximately 3 years ago stating YA intended to sue Clawman for all of its legal expenses, but again, I am not completely certain.

You may want to consider that an "attorney" has found apparent difficulty in suing YA.

How his suit has gone dormant for years lends itself to a host of questions, none of which yield answers.

Best,
BC
