about Section 4, which you cite. Here is an excerpt of our email exchange. Alonzo was not happy I emailed Mr. Sonfield......but I could care less whether he was happy. I wanted him to be compliant. Apparently his current business associates are advising him of alternative options, which aren't in compliance, in my opinion.

You were in no way obligated to file with OTC Markets earlier this week, except to regain your "current" status. You are however obligated to file accurately. That's why I asked about Section 4 BEFORE you filed. You said you would address my questions with Mr. Sonfield and chose not to. That's why I forwarded the email to Mr. Sonfield.
The spin that the OS count includes the 1B in Tampa is pure BS. Alonzo told me he issued shares. And as you said, "Lou" got 9MM shares issued to him.
Alonzo is getting so very very bad advice from people who care nothing about him. Perhaps he cares nothing about himself.....or his family.
It's sickening. Hopefully he turns things around real soon.
