I think Alonzo is simply being (ahem) advised not to by his current associates. Didn't he say they were ready a couple months ago in a PR?

Just because OTC doesn't require audits, nothing prevents them from being filed by an issuer.

The chill may prevent them from filing Form 10, but I'm not sure.
