The 141 certificate was revoked after the head flight instructor and his assistant at A-Cent Colorado Springs quit over lack of pay in January. The Denver FSDO gave A-Cent 90 days notice to hire someone qualified, but received no response. The FSDO actually gave them extra time unasked, but QASP still didn't respond. The feds didn't want to revoke but QASP was just flat out ignoring them.
As for CD growth, QASP refuses to reveal how the GEI debt is structured, but knowing the Canouse clan one can make a reasonable guess.
