fwiw:
1) Wasn't management bonus tied to share price, at the $2.00 level? at least that is what I read in most recent Q. If you've been a shareholder for 9 years, surely you are realizing some gains. I've been a holder half as long and have five digits (nearly six) in gains.
2) Dilution is relative, a cost of immediate dilution vs. long-term potential benefit. In my case, I was lucky to get all shares well under $.50, so this isn't a huge concern of mine. I think everyone would agree with you that Sam could be more transparent with us shareholders, though.
