Re: "Intel is ramping 65nm to 80% by EOY."
>> I am perfectly aware that wbmw is of that opinion. But Intel is shooting for 20% by EOY and 60% by the end of Q207. At least, that is what their public statements hold.

So you choose to single me out and badmouth my opinion, but you can't even back up yours? I'm starting to see this kind of behavior in a lot of posts lately, even from people like yourself who could previously boast a fairly high content to noise ratio. But if this is any indication, the quality of your posts is beginning to suffer.

Note the graph on slide 42 of this presentation, for example:

ftp://download.intel.com/technology/silicon/IDF_Aug_05_65nm_logic.pdf

And if you want something more recent that spells it out, look at page 2 of this whitepaper:

ftp://download.intel.com/technology/silicon/silicon_paper_06.pdf

"The full crossover for processors, from 90nm to 65nm, is expected in the third quarter of 2006."

The paper is dated as of last month. If you feel like debating this one, could you at least link to something that supports your condescending viewpoint?

Nope. 20% NGA. 80% 65nm.
