mildtrans-Even if NDOL's oil fields were on Mars and the CEO was ET himself, when the CEO matter of factly projects that "total revenues should reach close to $200 million USD by June 2007..."
That means $200 million UNITED STATES DOLLARS... That's NOT RUBLES or Monopoly money!!! It doesn't matter where it's earned, with today's internationl trade & banking laws. Nord Oil Wwill have to pay the relatively higher Russian tax rates instead of receiving tax credits from Uncle Sam... BUT the profits will make it justifiable.
Therefore I believe that NDOL's PPS should eventually be much higher than $1.00... (imho)
Excerpt from Company PR:
"The production is expected to yield approximately 6,500 barrels per day or 2.3 million barrels of oil for the following 12 months, representing revenues of approximately $150 million USD and when we add this revenue to our existing transport, storage and trading business, total revenues should reach close to $200 million USD by June 2007," further added Mr. Kuzovlev.
